When you sign this you will help us to motivate Care2.com/thepetitionsite.com to create,manage and maintain an affiliate or referral reward system that gives users a performance incentive to promote and share the Care2 site/network with others including people who at first may not have any real sense of purpose for promoting social values of any kind. People who traditionally seem to comprise a vast majority who only "care" about their own issues or are only in a position to care about economy and finance. Getting these kinds of people into the network will serve to bring radical weight to the issues shared via Care2 petitionsite.com and also potentially serve to educate many of them to actually have something to concern about. This action will also serve as an example of how a good social platform that works can still improve its network by rewarding its users for their proliferation of the site creating a new layer of win/win social environment. A well designed referral and activity reward system on a network like this that centers around ethical ideals and socio-political and environmental, wellness urgencies will serve as a model /inspirational for future social credit systems that will eventually become more prolific and beneficial toward progress of human endeavors than the blind money system currrently in vogue now, being that it will have the fluidity of monetary currency, but the concientous impact of ideals and personal frames of reference. Developement programs and economic viability will more closely reflect the concerns,conditions, desires and will of real people and not only financial and pre-established political interests. A social credit system will supplement support and eventually replace the present day horded value system of currency, but it must start now in social networks like Care2..and with petitions.:::Below I outline one possible way I imagine to implement not having any information organizational structure of Care2 petitionsite.com but assuming it is a not-for-profit org which complicates the sustainaibbility of rewarding users im sure. Using a system like this I imagine a referral reward system could be instituted with little more or less upheaval as any other referral rewarded social network is possible. The referral reward system should be low key only available to confirmed real people users to avoud botters and spammers.Should partially utilize the current butterfly reward system. It should be rank based 1-4 or 10 

1.Verification level: New/common users-referral points/activity points

2.Butterfly level: vetted users, high volume petition signers/creators,donors-Butterfly points rewarded for own action and activity point gain of Rank 1 referrals

3.Affiliate Level:butterfly factions(a good percentage of their referrals became Rank 2 users),partner organizations,staff members/owners(if ethical)-opt in affiliate program becomes offered if program is managed on a 3rd party network(or in-house if ethical) and funded. butterfly points still rewarded as if Rank 2 but also get butterflys for referral point accumulation of their entire referral network.

4.Partner Level: Has completed all previous rank requirements, has referred a number of Care2 affiliates or obtained a high level of affiliate impressions,leads,or "sales" personaly and in their referral network,and or successfully promotes Care2 partner pages through care2 portals(care2s own select affiliate partnership network!) Also is an approriate rank for a partner organization or associate therefrom that has been authorized to promote Care2 site through its own channels and meets expectations -Partenr level benefits: from marketing fund shares and Care2 earnings from care2 partnership affiliate sites (see below)

and multi tiered (which means earn from the activity or rank class achievement of your referrals down through at least 1 level or else referrals would immediately be competitors which canceled any incentive to refer active members.) an opt-in social threading of referral lineages should be available to promote the develepoment of factions/petiton signing/voting blocs. This sounds bad but its actually good for the developement of social credit society/systems. a referral performance based real cash affiliate/referral program (funded creatively by direct donation to marketing fund of Petitionsite,interlaced affiliate partnership with not just for profit entities like Kiva.org. That program should become available to Rank 3 users of the referral networking system when a marketing fund reaches critical mass or after a set period, it distributes a class action share of the marketing fund profits to rank 4 referrers who opted in at a previous pay period by exchanging an accumulation of butterfly rewards/ referral points, and or donated an investor level threshold amount of real money to the marketing fund/or specific featured causes, (not at all dissimilar to the discontinued EYEearn reward system as an example.) and of course in the spirit of promoting selfless activity, the affiliates are given the option to automatically redistribute their cash earnings back into the donation system instead of requesting payment, and any unpaid funds can be redistributed into whatever channels and causes, or organizational budget funds that meet the standards of Care2 petitionsite.com. This was inspired by the reality that I have known about petitionsite.com and been a member for years but i dont use it much and almost never share it even when i want to simply because I see great affiliate potential in this site, saw that referring friends doesn't even get me butterfly points..and guess what? I'm one of the untold millions of people who may have selfess ideals toward our planet and people but I am not at always a selfless individual. Isn't now a good time while we have the tech, means, and motivation, to get people like me on board working for the greater good even if were doing it for our own mercenarial reasons? Also such win/win programs when honest and sustainable these end up bringing income opportunities to some of those who may be suffering the bankrupt economy (stay at home moms,student bloggers,random people who can afford to do nothing but go to a library and get online, etc!)
