It is high time that all people of all agencies and government entities be held to a higher standard than that of the common people.
That means the following:
1) Any and all persons who put themselves in a postition of authority - where children/parents have very few avenues if any to protect themselves. That these persons in these positions of authority ( police, judges, social workers, case managers, foster parents, day cares, schools,ect....) all be held to the degree of thier involvement 100% responsible for the care and welfare of these children.
And yes, I am not only implying but I am spelling it out - a social worker take a child away from you. That chhild is injured or dead due to thier action, that the social worker be prosecuted and found guilty of murder, just as a parent would be if that child had been in thier care.
I see no reason that if laws are going to be passed in this country where our children are not in our control, how it is our fault for the childrens behavior out of our control.
If we are to be 100% responsible for thier behavior - then we have 100% control and no one can take them from us with out 1st taking us to court and proving to a judge that we cant handle the role. Even a murder is allowed to have a trial of his peers prior to being ASSUMED GUILTY, by a person who has thier own agenda. Needless to say this needs to stop. I FOR ONE DO NOT BELIEVE THAT OUR FOREFATHERS EVER HAD A COUNTRY IN MIND WHERE "CPS" = "GESHTOPO" ANYONE ELSE WHO WANTS TO PUT AN END TO THE "NAZI REGIME" THAT IS CPS!!??
