stop wackers selling young pups

the pups that are being sold in wackers pet shop are being sold far to young and no one in the shop can say were they come from and have no papers,, any one i know who has bought one from this shop there pup has been sick or has died,, i think every one needs to sign this to stop these poor animals being sold,,
