El Paso COUNTY needs another animal shelter

So many unwanted animals get abandoned and left out to die in the deserts of El Paso County. I feel we need another animal shelter in the outskirts of El Paso city but still within the El Paso COUNTY since that's where most of these animals are getting dumped off. Maybe Horizon City. Let's come together and sign for another animal shelter to keep these animals safe. Thank you.
