Investigation of discrimination,& fraud in Academy Gardens

This petition is for the purpose of taking control of the original tenant's waiting list for new apartments. There is a scandal going on here. People that have been waiting for many years have not been getting the apartments after waiting for many years. Ana the assistant Manager of the office has been giving preferential treatment to Dominicans. The tenants here themselves are noticing the trend of Dominicans. The Dominicans are living here against the law with just one tenant on the lease yet they have up to 8 people living in a one bedroom apartment. Their husbands live with them but are not on the lease. The rumor from Ana is that all the Puerto Ricans and African American tenants have bad credit which isn't true. We want to take control of the tenant apartment waiting list. That is the purpose of this petition.
