Stop Claire West, from hurting another dog.

Claire Elizabeth West, a 17-year-old pleaded guilty to animal cruelty after she filmed herself kicking her puppy more than 20 times. She only received a 2-year probationary sentence and a 2-year ban on owning animals. She doesn't deserve to own another dog. This petition is to stop her from owning and hurting another dog ever again.
