Overturn the law that bans those under 18 from tanning even with parent consent.

Before this year teenagers were able to tan at a tanning salon with parent consent, but as of Jan.1st of this year it was changed to ban anyone under 18 from going in at all.  Parents should have the right to decide what they want to allow their children to do.  If they want them to tan it should be their decision.  Teens in California can go get an aborition without any type of parent notification or consent but they cannot go to a tanning bed with their parents there signing for them? Does not seem fair!
