Prosecute those responsible for 1988 Camelford water poisoning

South-West Water Authority have not yet been criminally prosecuted for this disaster which has resulted in the deaths of several people over the years including Carole Cross, of dementia, in 2004 at the age of 59 with aluminium levels that were "beyond belief". It is time thiose responsible were brought to book.
