Stop Walmart from selling Bettas (fish)

Store after store after store, Bettas are seen in Walmarts without enough water. Their water is always FILTHY, and many of these beautiful fish are dieing and dead from the horrific conditions. Walmart needs to stop selling them for profit because no one overseas their care properly. It's inhumane treatment in the name of profit. Shame on Walmart!!!!
