Bring Back the Teacup Hat

According to my sources, there is only one unworn permanent teacup hat left in Scania on Maplestory. I would give my life for it, but that's not really tradeable.

I need one very badly. I had a temporary one which has expired, and I miss it so bad it hurts my soul.
