Stop the USA from giving help to countries who abuse our foreign aid or simply dont need it.

The United States gives approximatley 50 billion dollars to foreign aid to countries who abuse it and use it to support ther military, there Leaders, or use it and backstab the USA. For example, we gave 9.95 billion dollars worth of foreign aid to North Korea and they used it to suppport there military ( which is amied to take over South Korea and the USA) and used it to build there first nuke.
