Alternative power source in case of power outage

The patio home at 5 Cromwell Court is the only one with a basement (finished) and at high risk for flooding given the close proximity of the accumulation basin. In fact, the previous owner reported a minor flooding event in 2011 during hurricane Irene. In order to prevent prolonged lack of power towards our 2 sump pumps, we request your approval for installation of a generator transfer switch by a cerified electrician - we already contacted Tom Wells Electric and they will do the job as soon as we got a written approval for aforementioned instalation.
