Cardiff bus drivers disrespectfulness and unfairness

Cardiff bus Bus drivers to stop being so rude and disrespectful to public who get on there buses and if someone clearly hasn't got right change in poor weather conditions to let them on the bus especially mother and children and disabled people and to not drive off when people are waiting at bus stop with hand out waiting for them to stop it has to stop they clearly get payed enough money doesnt hurt them to be friendly and caring that is what customer service is all about
