Demand to do a spinal tap on animals for RABIES.

I got bit last Sunday and couldn't get into hospital to be seen til the next day (very busy and very long g wait) and I was admitted for a bit from a stray cat. They give shots of globulins to help protect from infection and then the series in three ofrabies shots and they are expensive. We need to have where people that can't afford the shots be given the shots for free. If people can't afford the shots then they will get sick and die from a animal bite. DON'T KILL CATS OR DOGS DO A SPINAL ON THEM TO FIND OUT IF THEY ARE RABID OR NOT. YOU just maybe killing someone's pet. We need to make aware to owners that all pets need their shots and I don't care what kind of animal it is ,it needs to be protected also from being put down for a bite. WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! Please help us by getting these shots free for people that can't afford it. Thanks
