Non working recipients of Permanent Social Security Disability should get more government funds, it is proven that the amount that they receive is not enough to accomodate both home bill payments and medical, there are a big mayority of recipients who worked, got disabled and paid into their benefits for many years but receive a minimal amount of benefits that does not cover for mortagages, rent, utilities, food, credit cards etc. We need social security to double pay to those recipients, do the math work... normal SSD pay is $920>>>. average rent is $700. dollars, electricity $70., food $400. , water $30. cooking gas $30, emergency money for medical 20%, medicine $50. to $300++. that´s the amount of people in a normal rate of living. Folks we are talking about alot of expenses that should be addressed here, the government spends on wars over 900 billion dollars a year of our tax dollars that should be better directed. Social Security should be provided with that 900 billion dollars to double the Social Security Disability benefits, we need your vote because it is truly a need and a fact of reality. It is truly a shame to receive just 1.7% increase when the prices of the products are sky high and increasing to unpresidented rates and governments don´t care because they all ready make 6 digits salaries and are extremely well off when they retire. Vote for the doubling of social security payments.
