Vote NO to the Greenpoint rezoning application.

Developers are asking to rezone 834 acres of rural land to develop a PUD. In this request they want to build between 1800-2000 units of residential and commercial properties. They show this as averaging in 2.4 units per acre. Currently, most housing is located on a minimum of 1 unit per acre lots due to the rural nature of the area.
