Protect Domestic Violence Victims
A Petition Beseeching the United States Supreme Court, to bring about a reform on the issue of enforcement of TRO's.
We, the undersigned, are in agreement, in that we request the United States Supreme Court to re-evaluate their stance on the matter of enforcement of Temporary Restraining Orders (TRO's) throughout the United States. It is our belief that in order for law enforcement, in individual states, to take this matter seriously, as well as recognize the necessity of the enforcement of said orders, protection of all male, female, and child victims of domestic violence, must begin with the Supreme Court. It is requested that the Supreme Court of the United States re-evaluate it's recent ruling on this matter, in order to protect the thousands of victims of domestic violence.
