April Perrault's daughter

We, the undersigned, urge that the Child Protective Services of Glenn County, California, reconsider their decision to remove April Perrault's child from her and return April's daughter to her.  Rather than removing the child based on April's disabilities, Child Protective Services should focus on Ms. Perrault's ability to raise the child in a loving environment and assist her in terms of education and whatever other assistance Ms. Perrault might require.  Why should this child be in foster care when her mother is more than willing to provide her with a home of her own?
