RA-50 Educating Consumers, Protecting America!

Using an idea inspired by nutrition facts, upc labels, copyrights and trademarks, we can protect our own economy. Developing a scale called RA-50, we can provide our citizens with the knowledge, of how much of the money they spend, stays in the U.S. If products or companies were labeled according to a percentage based scale which is determined by, both, citizenship and employee reliance, the people could protect themselves with their purchases. The highest score of 50 would mean that a company has employed an American (no matter of ethnicity or origin) tax paying citizen at every opportunity. Points would be deducted for robotic, computer voice messaging and outsourced jobs when deemed not absolutely necessary of all profits in association with the American dollar. Citizenship of all owners would also affect the score. Once a score was determined the company would then display that score, regardless of employee activity(hirings or firings), until a new one can be recalculated, either by the company's request in order to improve it, or at random to maintain stability.  The only thing this would change is how honest a business is with their consumers. It would encourage a business to employ tax paying citizens or show the public their true priorities. This idea is prototypical and can be adjusted and implemented in various ways. America's greatest freedom is freedom of choice and with that choice should come a certain knowledge. If managed correctly this would help to:

a) Provide an emergency plan to help assist an economic emergency.

b) Stabilize a middle class workforce.

c) Ensure that the only citizens to ever monopolize the U.S economy will be the U.S citizens.

d) Resurrect a declining American work ethic by making more jobs available.

e) Assist Unemployment and Welfare as well as aid in fighting crime, since most crimes are committed in desperation by people with nothing to lose.

f) Provide Americans with the knowledge that their earnings are used to continue the economic growth of America.

g) In providing economic growth for America, assistance would be available to assist others in need.

h) Empower others through example to be participants in the economic growth. 
   
       This idea will allow the American people to provide economic stability within our country, and would be created by the people, for the people. Securing our own integrity would set an example for others to follow.
This proposal is a result, not of the slightest resentment toward any other country or its citizens, but solely of our love and allegiance to our country and our citizens. Your most humble servant,

 When corporations are the only ones in control it sets off the balance that is vital to our existence as a whole. By having the knowledge available to each consumer, we can regulate the balance needed to protect ourselves from greed, and strengthen the middle (mediating) class. Trade is essential but should be done through our products, not occupation. In large numbers we can suggest this. In larger numbers we can demand it.
