A more democratic union
To petition for fair representation of the Boilermakers local 92 hiring hall. That favortism and nepotism shall no longer be tolerated concerning the dispatch of members. That any elected position is never good for the electorate when an elected official goes un-opposed.
We the undersigned,
Petition our hiring hall to fairly represent it's dues paying members concerning the out of work list and dispatching of members to job sites. That you put an end to the 'click' favortism and nepotism concerning the dispatch of members. Our Union was created by us for all of us to be represented fairly. Every member has the right to dignity and fair representation. All members should be afforded, by fair un-biased representation, the right to work and earn their paycheck, health & welfare, pension, annuity, and vacation hours according to their position on the out of work list provided they meet the skills & abilty requirements for any project. The obvious and blatant favortism and nepotism concerning job site dispatching from OUR hiring hall can no longer be tolerated.We request that ALL members be treated and represented 'EQUALLY' and fairly.
