The "BBB" "Fails" to understand the Consumer(s) Complaint(s) and takes "No" real action to make Companies "Accountable" for their "Actions", and "Fails" to prevent further improper action(s) by the Companies.
BBB accepts all of the big companies as part of "BBB", since BBB charges membership fees according to how large a company is. Just try searching any Corporate Giant on BBB.org and despite their horrible Customer Service they will be an accredited BBB member, only because they are paying BBB the membership fees.
BBB is a privately owned Business that is out to make money and not help consumers. They extort businesses and deceive consumers into thinking they have power and actually Governmentally ran.
Attorney General of each State in the USA, should handle Consumer Complaints and get "Rid" of the "BBB" (Bad Business Bureau) all together.
