Boycott Biomerieux

This petition is to help the Heslehurst family obtain justice from the company Biomerieux. Mark Heslehurst worked for the company as a translator in France and he was sexually harassed and witnessed racism and espionage and intimidation and threats to not only himself but his family. He has a wife named Dominique and a son Edward. When Mark chose to not have any part in the sexual advances from the human resources manager, Florence Girard, he was then threatened and they even called Dominique from the NC location and told her that gangsters could come to their home. She was in her latter end of her pregnancy when these threats were made. She feared for her life and the life of her unborn son so she fled to Cambodia as a refugee. Mark stayed behind in France and had nails placed under his tires and he was almost killed as a result of this as his car ran off the side of the road. He was attacked twice by unknown attackers he suspects were put up to it by Biomerieux. He had to be put in the hospital as a result of both attacks! They canceled contracts with Mark as a result of his not giving in to sexual harassment and did not pay him wages that were due. This company has caused so much hardship to this family and not only this family but we also have other workers coming forward with the same types of real life experiences with this company. Please help this family obtain justice and Mark wants Dominique to be able to come home to their home again in France but she is still fearful for her and their son's lives. We ask for a public apology from Biomerieux and also lost monetary wages and assistance in bringing Dominique and Edward home as a result of their threats. We will not back down.
