Channelside Petition against barking dogs

Have you been affected by continuous barking dogs day and night in the community of Channelside, Airdrie?
A resident of Channelside Cove, Airdrie who's Amenity Lot home backs onto a  park where residents live, walk their dogs, and take their children to the park is NOT taking responsibilty for their dogs.
For well over one year of receiving apathetic responses from the dog owner, local residents have contacted Municipal enforcement, and local RCMP regarding the issue and to no result or avail.
Residents of Channelside, Airdrie are hard working citizens who have day to day life interrupted by dogs that are left unattended in a  back yard and are left barking and howling for hours and sometimes days on end.
The desire for local residents to open their windows on a hot summers night, or enjoy a quiet afternoon on their patio has been completely avoided to the dog owners negligence.
Please consider signing this petition and proactively joining our group to speak out for your community and stand up for the home and life that you work so hard to provide.
We ask that you join us in demanding respect for your neighbours, pets, passerbyers, company, and children by demanding both peace and quiet, and care and respect for animals.
We all worked hard to get here....let's put some effort in together to keep our home, a serene place.
