CRUELTY TO HORSES IN MALAGA SPAIN

Spain has an unacceptable level of animal cruelty which are treated as fair game.  The recent extremely high temperatures in the tourist province of Malaga has highlighted the plight of the neglected and unprotected horses which draw carriages in scorching heat.  The animal protection societies have come up  against a brick wall with the city%uFFFDs mayor who has put the matter off till after the Summer.
