deadbeat people

I have a court order to collect spousal support that is not being followed.  And because he lives in another State , they will not do anything.  Some
state's do not follow court orders from another state.  Also because child
support is not added to my order it just doesn't matter.  I am not a second
class citizen. I am human and put in 21 years to try to have a good family.
Now he is getting away with leaving me in proverty.  I've adopted my grand
daughter my daughter could'nt handle it. What I'm looking for is my ex-husband following the court order and paying the alimony he was ordered
to pay. He is now in the rears $118,569.69. I think if all the states followed child support and spousal support orders alot of people would
be able to live better.
