Eliminate Unfair Fees - Cell Phones Companies Unethical Practices

As consumers, we think cell phone companies have managed to set policies and practices that afford little or no rights to cell phone users. We believe it is time for a change due to the fact that these policies and practices are serious grievances from the point of view of the consumer. The following should definitely be abolished: $150-$200 Early Termination Fees $15-$35 Reconnection fees (it takes few seconds to disconnect, it should not cause this much to reconnect) 

Support this common sense idea. Tell Congress and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that reconnection fees hurt our wallets especially at a time like this -- and end unfair cellphone fees!
We the undersigned think cell phone companies have managed to set policies and practices that afford little or no rights to cell phone users. We believe it is time for a change due to the fact that these policies and practices are serious grievances from the point of view of the consumer. 
%u2028Furthermore, these policies and practices place unfair financial strains on the consumer, forcing the consumer into a corner and finally monopolizes and/or takes away the consumer ability to change what they do not support or agree with. 
Cell phone companies need to be overhauled. %u2028%u2028
We believe that it is outrageous, abusive and unethical for the cell phone companies to charge ALL the high fees that they do. It is also unfair that they can determine for us when and how cell phone user%u2019s may terminate their contracts. 
Therefore we the undersigned believe that many cell phone company policies and practices should be abolish or regulated. 
%u2028%u2028The following should definitely be abolished: %u2028-$150-$200 Early Termination Fees -%u2028$15-$35 Reconnection fees (it takes few seconds to disconnect, it should not cause this much to reconnect) 
%u2028%u2028The following should definitely be regulated:-%u2028The Service Plan %u2028Regulate per/min charges (Third world countries pay less to call the U.S but %u2028we can not call them with the same type of rates/savings) %u2028%u2028-Late fees should have grace period (7-14 days) before they are imposed. -%u2028%u2028Phones portability (users should have the ability to use their phone with %u2028any carrier, instead of buying a new one whenever they change companies, this could help the environment as well.) %u2028%u2028-ALL calls after 7PM should be free (users should not have to wait until 9PM) -%u2028ALL carriers should allow rollover minutes for unused minutes ( it should be a standardize feature. %u2028%u2028
Please help restore transparency and fairness to lives of average Americans who help these companies to survive daily.
