End Net Neutrality

The purpose of this petition is to end net neutrality. The people with this is that isp, like comcast and TWC, are putting a cap on how much people can download. The problem with this is that when people sign up for of of these ISPs they assume they get unlimited internet. It is time to tell these companies we want unlimited internet with no secret caps.
