Increase loan amounts, Increase Needs based Grants, and imput more Loan Relief!!!

This Petition is to be sent to Nova Scotia Department of education, in addition to Nova Scotia Student Loan. The intent is to illustrate the need for the increased availability for needs based grants, as well as to increase loan amounts so Nova Scotia students are able to access enough money to actually pay tuition, books and living expenses.

As many of us know, the current situation not only does not provide loan amounts that are enough to cover expenses, but there is also need for dept relief. Students who are able to complete university are graduating with large levels of dept, and are faced with decades of trying to repay loans. Help make the government aware of the need for grants and loan relief, as well as the need for increased loan amounts. It is time to wake up and actually look at the financial situation of students. EDUCATION IS A RIGHT! help keep education accessible to all students, and help break the cycle of poverty!
