JUSTICE FOR LIZ TOLBERT

Elizabeth Liz Tolbert was convicted in the death of her husband in rural Hardin County, IL as a result of perjured testimony.  A recent investigation
uncovered important evidence that establishes Liz's innocence and implicates both State's Attorney Paul Lamar in misconduct in the prosecution of the case.

This woman's conviction is based in large part because the majority of Hardin County residents despised her and in fact were jealous of her.  The actual woman believed to have shot and killed her husband, Chris Olvedia Reed, whose mother owns the only grocery story in Elizabethtown, IL and who is the only one who led police to the murder weapon only served 8 years in prison after pleading guilty to obstruction of justice.
