irresponsible pfizer

I want all of you to know that since February 2007 I have been trying to contact Pfizer , the problem is that I purchased their medicine CLARIBID 500, and in one of the tablets in the strip has a hair strand and it is seal pack (as you can see in the image). I spoke to their person at Bombay office Mr.Kanitikar, but he didn%u2019t do anything about it till date, in fact the company which manufacturers this drug in Bangalore (In Karnataka state) called me to settle the matter. I still don%u2019t believe that such a big pharma company like Pfizer doesn%u2019t care for their customer & their own reputation.

I just want all of you to know this and Pfizer to act in a matured manner.
