No REGULATING the internet!

I don't know about anyone else...but videos that I once was able to look up, I can't find anymore. (Yeah, I looked up conspiracy stuff). But then why if it's just a "conspiracy", are these videos taken down? Even my computer itself is acting weird. Every couple screens I click on, a page pops up and tells me my computer could end up with a virus and that I should download the anti-virus. But when I click to download, it tells me it's going to CHARGE ME! So, I can either: Put up with the interruptions every couple of clicks, or I can PAY to have the internet (which I already pay for) but with no viruss'.  What's next, limit on the internet and how much you can use it in each household? We derserve and perserve the right to use the internet whenever we want. What you do on the internet is your business. As long as your not hurting anyone, why can't we rein free on the internet....will it get worse?
