OFF LEASH DOG PARK FOR GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OHIO

The undersigned, residing in the City of Garfield Hts., Ohio and surrounding areas, hereby petition the City Council as follows, request:

To establish a fenced in, off-leash dog park where Garfield Hts. and Cleveland area citizens can exercise their dogs in a clean, safe environment without endangering or annoying people, property or wildlife. To develop a well-maintained space open to all dog lovers who are willing to uphold the park's rules and regulations. To view this park as a community project, in partnership with the City of Garfield Hts, designed to satisfy the needs of dog-owners and non-dog owners alike.
