Ohio can/bottle deposit law

I and many other people want ohio to have the deposit law.  The deposit law means you can take a can or bottle to the seller or a redemption center and earn money.  All states with this law have a 5 cent deposit but Michagan has a 10 cent.  That means if you have 10 cans just laying around thats a easy buck! A 10 cent or higher deposit would be ideal but 5 would be great.  If i can get the goal of signatures i will prepose this to the goverment.  Thank you.
