Operating Video Camera's in Appartment/Condo Building paid parking lots.

Apartment and Condo Buildings charge to use their underground parking lots but there is nowhere else to park. Many cars are broken into, vandalized and stolen because there aren't any camera's to catch the vandals. If any tenant is paying to park underground there should be some form of protection. If you are paying $500-$800 a year for ONE vehicle, you should have some form of security. Already by car has been vandalized twice and I'm in a considerably safe neighborhood! Why have our money go to waist for an area with no maintenance?
