projectREACH: Create/Renew Solar Incentives

Follwing the intitiation of the Hawaii Solar Mandate effective immediatly January 1st, 2010, the Solar Federal and State Tax Credit program will expire indefinatly along with the HECO(Hawaiian Electric Company) $1000.00 instant Solar Rebate. This Petition is to call forth and renew/create a new Solar rebate consisting of but not limiting to at a least 30% rebate of a Solar Hot Water Heating System, Photovoltaic System, Pool/Spa Heating System and any/all other renewable energy resources that should apply.
