In Pinellas County we are not allowed to have feeding stations for stray or feral cats, yet in Pinellas County its against the law to starve an animal.
We are trying to implement a TNR Policy here in Pinellas County.
TNR = TRAP NEUTER RETURN.
We are also trying to feed these poor starving cats!

Right now we have already gone to the first meeting before the board with this which went VERY well! We read to the board what people have voiced here on this petition.
They are planning a 2nd meeting soon no word yet on the date of that, however we want to have an even bigger list of signitures of supporters to bring to this 2nd meeting!
We will be reading what people have written here out loud to the board again as well, so if you can write your feelings down here that would be great!
