Save our town from bullies

We the people of Basking Ridge are sick and tired of a certain postal employee who is terrorizing the town by stealing mail and sabotaging our mail. She opens our mail and passes on private information. She goes to people's homes and scares their kids and the police try to help but she stops just inside the law. The postal service is no help at all. They say they investigate but of course she is not going to do anything with someone watching. She is a bully, a liar and a thief.
