Save SoHo Starbucks

On July 10, 2008 NBC13 news reported that the Homewood-SoHo Starbucks location will be closing their doors. We must band together to prevent this from happening. This store location has not been given adequate time to establish evening and weekend traffic though barista Helen Salter and her colleagues have been actively pursuing ways to bolster business during these times. Those who have had the pleasure of visiting this Starbucks location would all agree this is the coolest, most happening store in town. On any given weekday morning, several business meetings will be seen taking place while other loyal customers enjoy a good cup of Jo in an inviting, comfortable setting. All the baristas will greet you with a smile on their face and expertly prepare your favorite Starbucks beverage. The ongoing construction of the neighboring hotel complex gives an added incentive to keep this Starbucks location. Upon completion of this complex, Starbucks most assuredly will want a presence.
