The most extreme gaming system in the world

My friend and I made a bet, he said he is doubtful I could collect enough people to sign up for this and donate $1 each to build the most extreme gaming system in the world. My first thought was to come by here to get people to join this petition.

Phase one:
Signatures and donations is collected.

Phase two:
Voting on which part should be in the most extreme gaming system.

Phase three:
Parts will be ordered and brought to Rochester Institute of Technology to be built by my friend and I

Phase four:
The computer will be tested extensively to ensure its stability and reliability for gaming, all testing results and procedures will be posted online on a blog.
