Establishment of world higher university union by United nation

This happen when most of young people fail to continue with universities because of poverty in many of the family,so they loose most of the big tights,example my self iam still in at home although I got admission from adesh university,but I failed to afford a fees.so ef it will happen to United Nations to establish universities union,it will help to raise education around the world too and to bring positive revolution,so that that union will able to guarantee scholarship too.and by the way all universities in the word will be followed by it's union in closing and opening,and all universities who do the best will be named by that union per criteria
