Demand a change in tubal litagation laws!!!

In the state of Washington, women have to have at least one kid before they can even begin to consider tubal litigation. and there are some women WHO SHOULD NOT BE MOTHERS, then there are others who just don't want to be mothers, so it should be that they can have their tubes tied before they have kids.
