Demand To Remove Mobile Home In Violation Of Willow Creek Subdivision Covenants

this home is in violation of our covenants here in willow creek and it allows our proerty value to go down, italso has no water,power or sewer to the home. We have a quiet and nice area on scotch pine trail and need to keep it that way. eveyone that brings an older home must have it approved before they place it on the property by the phoa, and they did not and it does not fit the standards set.
