Demand that all bills presented to the Congress must stand alone

Important bills often languish in limbo due to add ins that have nothing to do with the issue. I want the government to enact a law that forces a bill to stand on its own merits without compromise. My connection to this cause is my love of America. I'm convinced that the present rules cause the problems and solutions to undergo a paralysis of inaction.
