Petition To Prevent Illegal Communication Devices Stalking

Petitioner was stalked by an obsessed predator who frequently used illegal communication devices to harass victim. The primary means of stalking was bugging victim's electronic devices, such as computer, radio, iPod, house, car, etc., that generated noise and verbal threats to harass victim. For 8 years, victim was stalked and harassed in private and public places. As a result of the perpetuated harassment and stalking, innocent members of socity were victimized. To put an end to the stalking, this Petition was formed to provide legislative, judicial, and law enforcement officials with clear and convincing evidence and establish grounds for an arrest of the perpetrator.
