Petition to receive unemployment.

My last date of employment was 1/26/2013. I worked for RCIL in Osage city. I worked in Derby Kansas as a caregiver for a young gentleman named Casey. He has muscular dystrophy. I took care of him for a year and a half. On the night of 1/26/10, I had a family emergency that I had to take care of. I left to handle my personal issue. About two hours later I received a text message stating " dont worry about ever coming back here" So I was fired that night. Unemployment is denying my unemployment because they are saying my last day was not the 26th of January. I have new evidence from RCIL that states that January 26th 2013 was my last day. I feel that I am owed this money starting from 1/26/13- present.
