Term limits for all congress and politicians

We the people have been forced to watch as our government is continuously failing our country. I believe we need to put term limits like we do for our president. If we are constantly changing our head of office then so should we change the body too. Fresh eyes to finally help resolve our countries crises. We need to get a bill on the ballot that limits terms in office no more lifers in government.
