To Gov Phill Scott. SIGN OR GET OFF THE POT!

Governor Phill Scott has repeatedly said he will sign the Vermont Cannabis legalization bill, but now he refuses to say when he plans to sign it....
Ummmm What?? Why?
This "diva" like behavior is not acceptable. Many people have worked countless hours preparing this bill.

Phill Scott needs to sign it, OR GET OFF THE POT!
