Make Jotaro Kujo an official Marine Biologist

Multiple people have requested that Jotaro Kujo be put on the list of Marine Biologists on Wikipedia but Wikipedia keeps removing them. Wikipedia has now locked it down and won't let anyone request him anymore and I don't believe this is fair. Please sign the petition to make Jotaro Kujo a Marine Biologist.
