$9156.00 This is the annual amount Health Canada wastes on Synthetic Cannabis capsules for patients requiring the medicinal properties of said plant. Rather than paying $400.00 per month for the average cost of one patient’s monthly prescription they choose to pay $1163.42. A total write off of $763.42 monthly per patient; adding up to $9156.00 annually per patient. Is this the very best they can do? Based on their personal biases towards the most misrepresented plant in history... Health Canada would rather pay $763.42 more from Your pocket for a medication that is synthetic, and in most cases useless for the condition(s) for which it is prescribed. Rather than cover the $400.00 cost of monthly prescriptions. The result is "You" the taxpayers are being robbed of billions of dollars unnecessarily. All for a matter of personal opinion, really? Isd that why you elected them? To waste your money? Demand fiscal responsibility from your “elected”. Contact your MLA's people.
