Stop the law of photo ticketing

I feel this is against our right if we r going to be getting a ticket for running a red light un the usa it shouldnt be because a camera took a picture let alone it might not even be the owner of the car driving it and the if u are the driver u have to contest the ticket and go thru that to not get the ticket photo ticketing should be stopped if ur gonna get a ticket a officier should pull us over and ticket us not by a photo like i said there is. O proof its the owner of car thats driving but thats who gets ticketed so please save our rights to be ticketed by a peron (officer) not a photo no more photo tickets
